What we found
The inspection went up on the roof instead of guessing from the ground — every plane walked and photographed.

Build day
Materials landed in the driveway at first light on a Friday, and the old roof came down behind them.

The layers
What goes under the shingles is what keeps the water out. The valleys were re-lined and the deck covered in new synthetic underlayment before shingling started — all of it the same day.

The finish
The drone went up the following Tuesday for the finals.

Until it was done right
The flashing didn't get skipped when the light ran out. The old metal came out of the wall; the new metal was set and checked by flashlight, and the video went into the job record.

Don't take our word for it.
