What we found

One November morning, every slope walked with chalk in hand. From the air, the documentation reads at a glance.

November 8. The old roof after the walk-through — inspection chalk across every slope.

Build day

One December day. The old roof came off and green synthetic underlayment chased it across the deck, plane by plane, with the drone overhead the whole way.

Through the day

The trailer filled with the old roof while the new one went on above it. The spec sat in the driveway all day, wrappers up.

December 18. Mid-build from the corner of the lot — the trailer taking the old roof, the deck papered and dried in.

Golden hour

The day ended on the roof — no staged street portrait, just the field itself in the last light. That is where this record closes.

The clean sweep

After the light went, the magnet came out — the lawn combed for nails before the crew left. It is the promise most people never see kept, so we photographed it.

December 18, dusk. The magnetic sweep — combing the lawn for nails in the dark.

Don't take our word for it.
